Common questions

I lost my coins or progress

Coins and progress are stored on your device by default. Make sure you’re signed in with the same account on each device. If you suspect something has been lost, contact us with your in-game ID and we’ll investigate.

I was charged but didn’t receive my purchase

Refunds for the App Store and Google Play are processed by Apple and Google respectively. We can re-deliver in-game items if the purchase has cleared on our side — email us with your store receipt and we’ll sort it out.

The game crashes on startup

Make sure your device OS is up to date and you have the latest version of the game from the store. If the issue continues, send us the device model and OS version and we’ll investigate.

How do I delete my account?

Email us at support@playjax.io from the address associated with your account and we’ll process the deletion within a reasonable time.
